Lost Crafts and Lost Lore

Saw these two books today while I was at the bookstore. Nevermind the awesome covers, they are pretty cool on the inside too (though it is mostly pictures, not illustrations). I especially like Lost Crafts. It has a bit of info about each of the different parts- milking a cow, pickling, making chairs, etc. Not enough so you could do the different things necessarily, but enough to get an idea of what it was and if it is something you might be interested in doing if you are interested in traditional building techniques, food storage, etc.
