Silicone Popover Pans

Ok seriously, why has no one told me these existed? Dude, I have had popovers every day but Saturday since Friday (that's 6 days!) this week. And am planning on having them again with french onion soup for dinner as soon as I procure more eggs!

I use the same recipe as for making a dutch baby or yorkshire pudding
, though I have been known to increase the water or milk and flour to one cup each. I know some people think silicone bakeware is bad for you, but I love it for muffin tins and as a cover for baking sheets- both of which I rather promptly manager to scrape the nonstick finish off of. Cast iron would be awesome, but seems hard to find?
